Ignite Speaker Duckies Award

The Online Media Caucus’s Ignite Speaker Duckies Award recognizes an individual who has made a contribution to online media. This award comes with an opportunity to give an “Ignite”-style talk at the annual Online Media Caucus’s Online Achievement Awards (the “Duckies”).

General Information

Recipients must meet the Following Criteria

  1. Any international studies scholar that is an ISA member or is willing to become an ISA member and is active in online media is eligible.

Prize

  • A cash prize will be given to the speakers that are awarded an Ignite speaker slot at the Duckies

Apply or Nominate for the Award

  • Nominations by any member of the Online Media Caucus are welcome.
  • Nominations should be directed to the Online Media Caucus chair by August 1 of each year
  • Nominations should include a statement outlining the nominee's plan for the Ignite talk and his/her contributions to online media.
