We are delighted to inform you that the preliminary program for the ISAC-ISSS 2016 Annual Conference , to be held at Notre Dame University in Notre Dame, Indiana, USA (November 4-6, 2016), has been announced. We look forward to seeing you at Notre Dame in November!



ISA-Midwest 2016 Annual Conference Announced

We are delighted to inform you that the preliminary program for the ISA-Midwest 2016 conference, to be held in St. Louis, Missouri, USA (November 18-19, 2016), has been announced. We look forward to seeing you in St. Louis in November!



Working Groups for the ISA 2017 Annual Convention in Baltimore

We are excited to announce that we are sponsoring the three Working Groups at the upcoming ISA 2017 Annual Convention in Baltimore, Maryland.



Call for Nominations - J. Ann Tickner Award

The J. Ann Tickner Award Committee welcomes nominations for the 2017 J. Ann Tickner Award. The award honors a member of ISA who, like Professor Tickner, has consistently combined bravery with pursuit of high-quality and pioneering scholarship pushing the boundaries of the discipline while also showing a deep commitment to service, particularly teaching and mentoring of students and younger scholars in the field. Nominations or requests for renewal should be sent to the Award Committee at no later than September 30th.



ISA South 2016 Update - Submissions Deadline August 26th!

I am very excited to serve as your program chair for the upcoming ISA South Conference, to be held October 14 and 15, 2016 in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.

We've had great interest so far, and in response to requests for extensions in the face of summer travel, holidays and returning classes, we've decided to leave the submission system open through the next two weeks to ensure that everyone has had a chance to submit any last minute proposals. We'll close the system on Friday, August 26th, so please get your submissions in soon!



ISAC-ISSS Joint Conference Notre Dame 2016 - Deadline Extension

I hope you can attend our annual joint conference.  The deadline to submit your proposals is now extended untilAugust 25th, so send them in as fast as you can.

Highlights included a WIIS reception, WIIS mentoring and other WIIS opportunities.  And one of our keynotes will be a debate!  Details below.
