ISA Midwest St. Louis 2018 on July 03, 2018
This is a reminder that the International Studies Association-Midwest invites proposals for papers, panels, and roundtables on any subjects related to international studies, broadly defined, for its annual meeting. The conference will be held November 16th-18th at the Hilton at the Ballpark, St. Louis, Missouri, USA. The deadline for paper and panel submissions for the ISA-Midwest Annual conference is
Friday, July 13th.
This year’s conference will feature a talk by and a roundtable in honor of the 2018 Quincy Wright Distinguished Scholar, Amanda Murdie. It will also feature a teaching and mentoring roundtable in honor of the 2018 winner of the ISA Midwest Excellence in Teaching and Mentoring Award, James Scott.
All proposal submissions must be made through the ISA submission software. ISA membership is not required for either proposal submission or conference attendance, though you will need to create an account with isanet.org if you do not already have one. Faculty members attending the conference may be asked to serve as chairs and/or discussants. Please indicate your areas of expertise when submitting your proposal.
For more information, please visit our conference website. In addition, also consider attending the inaugural ISA Innovative Pedagogy Conference, which takes place the day before ISA Midwest. I look forward to seeing you in St. Louis!
