Annual Convention Deadline Reminder

Thinking of submitting a proposal for the 2016 ISA Annual Convention in Atlanta? The proposal submission deadline is June 1st. The Convention will be held March 16-19 at the Hilton Atlanta. We invite paper, panel and roundtable proposals related to all areas of international studies and world politics. Particularly welcome are proposals related to our 2016 convention theme, Exploring Peace. Submit your proposal today! 



Deadline Reminder - ISA Career Courses

The deadline for Career Courses for ISA's annual conference is quickly approaching! Career Courses offer participants an in-depth instruction on advanced topics such as methodology, teaching strategies, software, and more.  Proposals must be submitted by June 1st, 2015!



ISA West Pasadena 2015 - Deadline Extension

To ensure that everyone has had a chance to submit their proposals, we've decided to leave the submission system open through June 5th - so be sure you get any final proposals in!



IO Distinguished Scholar Award Deadline Extended

Our International Organization Section announces that the call for nominations for the IO Distinguished Scholar Award has been extended to Friday, May 22nd



Call for Nominations - Dina Zinnes Award

ISA's Scientific Study of International Processes Section (SSIP) invites nominations for the 2016 Dina Zinnes Award. Nominations are due by June 1, 2015.



ISA 2016: 3rd Annual Pay It Forward

Applications are open for the 2016 ISA Pay it Forward program!  This is designed to mentor female graduate students and junior faculty to successfully maneuver within the discipline and will take place at ISA Atlanta 2016. Event activities will target processes of getting a job, publication, tenure, promotion, work-life balance, and navigating a gendered field. The deadline to apply is June 5th, 2015, and space is limited, so make sure to complete your application soon!
