Ifrane 2020 - Submission Deadline 9 December 2019

Don't forget to submit your proposal for the upcoming ISA joint international conference in Ifrane, 23rd - 25th June 2020!

The submission deadline is 9 December 2019 and the conference theme is "Africa and the Middle East and North Africa: Understanding Paradoxical Outcomes of Contemporary Transformations." Interested participants are invited to submit paper, panel, roundtable, and workshop proposals on any subject related to international studies, broadly defined, as well as the theme. 

We are also pleased to be able to provide limited travel assistance to eligible attendees of our ISA-Ifrane 2020 Joint International Conference. Travel grant applications will be available after the program is announced.

Call for Applications: J. Ann Tickner Award

The Tickner Award was established in 2011 to recognize J. Ann Tickner for her pathbreaking role within the International Studies Association and in the discipline of International Relations more generally. This award recognizes someone who, in Tickner’s footsteps, consistently combines bravery in pursuing high-quality, pioneering scholarship that pushes the boundaries of the discipline with a deep commitment to service, especially teaching and mentoring. Deadline for nominations is November 1, 2019.
