ISA Virtual Convention Informational Town Hall Meeting
Find Out What ISA2021 Will Be Like in Advance
ISA is pleased to announce that we will be holding an Informational Town Hall to allow members to better understand how ISA’s first virtual convention (ISA2021) will operate. This event will be held on November 19th at 11:30 AM (Eastern Time). ISA will update members and convention presenters on the innovative structure of our virtual convention and explain how some new opportunities for engagement with our colleagues are developing.
With this in mind, we welcome your input about ISA2021 and invite questions you may have and what you wish to experience during ISA 2021. When you submit your registration (free of charge) for this event, you will also be able to submit questions for consideration in advance by the panelists for the session.
ISA HQ in collaboration with the program chairs have been hard at work to provide the best virtual convention possible, one that will hopefully match ISA’s usual high standards for interaction and facilitation of exchange.
During the Town Hall Meeting, we will discuss issues that we are addressing in this new virtual environment. These will include topics like:
- The expanded length of the day to accommodate different time zones;
- Managing professional behavior in a virtual environment;
- Networking opportunities;
- And much more.
Please submit questions and desired topics on the Town Hall Reservation Form prior to November 19. The session will also be recorded for those whose schedules do not permit attendance during this time block.
