ISA Asia-Pacific Singapore 2019 Conference

Dear Delegates,
 
We look forward to welcoming you to the ISA Asia-Pacific Conference 2019 at Nanyang Technological University's One North Campus, Singapore next week! We wanted to share some final announcements with you in preparation for the conference.

On Site Registration

Please register on site for the ISA Asia-Pacific Conference 2019 at the registration desk located in the Exhibition Hall (FH3/3A) at the following times:
 
Wednesday, 3rd July 1.30pm - 5.30pm
Thursday, 4th July 8.00am - 1.00pm
Friday, 5th July 8.00am - 1.00pm
Saturday, 6th July 10.00am - 11.00am

Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony will take place in the Auditorium [AUD 302] at NTU One North Campus from 8.45am - 10.15am. Please join us to hear from our Keynote Speakers: Professor Chan Heng Chee, Ambassador and Chair, Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities, Singapore University of Technology and Design; and Professor Cameron Thies, ISA President 2019 – 2020 and Director, School of Politics and Global Studies, Arizona State University, USA.

Breaks

Please note that limited complimentary tea and coffee will be available at drink stations in the Exhibition Hall (FH3/3A) from 10am and 3pm while stocks last.

Welcome Reception

There will be a Welcome Reception hosted in the Exhibition Hall (FH3/3A) on Thursday, 4th July from 5.30pm until 7.30pm. This will include a Lion Dance, a chance to explore and engage exhibitors, and a delegate networking opportunity with some drinks and nibbles.

Meet the Editors Lunchtime Roundtable

Please join us for a lunchtime roundtable with publishers and journal editors open to discuss their tips on getting published. This will take place on Friday, 5th July from 12.30pm – 1.30pm in the Exhibition Hall [FH3/3A].

We have decided to use #ISAAP19 as the hashtag for the ISA Asia-Pacific Conference 2019. The ISA Asia-Pacific Region has a Twitter handle @ISAAsiaPacific. Please follow for last minute programme updates and relevant information.
