I would like to ask a question about papers, which will be encouraged;
above, you have declared that all areas of Internatioanl Relations
wouldbe welcome however in an other part of the additional conference
information, you have defined some specific areas. Which information
should we take into consideration?
I kindly request from you to enlighten the matter.
