ICOMM Paper Award Winner Announced

The International Communication Section (ICOMM) announces that Milton L. Mueller is the winner of the ICOMM Best Paper Award for his paper “Are We in a Digital Cold War.” The award will be presented at the upcoming ISA Annual Convention in New Orleans. This award is presented on an annual basis to an author (or authors) of a paper that makes an original and important contribution to the field of International Communication. The Award Committee accepts nominations (including self-nominations) of papers that are presented in a panel or poster session sponsored by ICOMM at the ISA Annual Convention.
