Hi Vincent,
I tried emailing you but the email came back as a failed message. I am trying to submit my paper for the Richmond conference but cannot as I am getting an error message stating that I need to submit 4 papers? Can you please help me out here as I don't know what to do.

Thank you,
Bina Patel

Bina, this is a follow-up to let you know that this is a public forum, not a private message system, Vincent likely did not see your message. We will contact you privately to see if we can help you submit your proposal.
