Submissions are open for the 2014 joint Human Rights conference in Istanbul. We're now  accepting paper and panel proposals. This year's conference theme is Human Rights and Change - check out the Call. We hope to see you there!

Each proposal will need a title (50 words or less), and abstract (200 words or less) and 3-10 tags. Additionally, panel proposals require at least one chair, one discussant and 4 papers (each of which also has a title, abstract and 3-10 tags).

The proposal deadline is 1 December 2014. Acceptance decisions will be sent by 15 January.
