ISA Midwest St. Louis 2014

The ISA Midwest 2014 Conference will be held in St. Louis, Missouri, USA on November 7th - 9th, 2014. Please visit ISA Midwest's Program and Events page for additional details. We look forward to seeing everyone in St. Louis!
Given the overwhelming interest and response to the ISA-Midwest 2014 meeting, we've decided to leave the submission system open through the weekend to ensure that everyone has had a chance to submit any last minute proposals. We've received a record-breaking number of proposals this year and I very much look forward to crafting an exciting program for St. Louis. The system will still allow submissions through Monday, July 7th so be sure you get any final proposals in.

The deadline for proposals to the ISA-Midwest Conference is July 1st. We're expecting a really exciting conference this year at the Hilton Ballpark in St. Louis, November 7th-9th. We're using ISA's submission software for the first time this year when planning the conference - the process does require you to make a free account with ISA.  Please feel free to send me an email (Amanda Murdie at if I can help in any way with your submission. Can't wait to see you there!


The International Studies Association Midwest Region is pleased to announce our 2014 annual conference, November7th-9th, in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. ISA-Midwest, in conjunction with the Central Slavic Association, invites paper, panel and roundtable proposals on any subject related to international studies, broadly defined, for our annual conference. Proposal submissions open immediately - please submit your proposals through the ISA submission system. The proposal submission deadline is Tuesday, July 1, 2014.

Endeavoring to create communities of scholars dedicated to international studies, ISA is divided into 6 geographic subdivisions of ISA (Regions), 29 thematic groups (Sections) and 4 Caucuses which provide opportunities to exchange ideas and research with local colleagues and within specific subject areas.
