The Program Chair and Section Program Chairs have been working hard all summer on ISA 2018. In anticipation of the preliminary program release next month, we're delighted to share a few highlights from our last ISA Annual Convention. Join us as we celebrate the work of our colleagues and get excited about San Francisco!

After careful review of nominees and careful deliberations, the International Studies Association Nominating Committee (Birol Yesilada [chair], Sabine Carey, Tricia Lynne Sullivan, Kelly M. Kadera, Burcu Savun, Hendrik Spruyt, Galia Press-Barnathan, Kamal Sadiq, and Benjamin O. Fordham) agreed on a single slate of candidates for ISA Officers and selected nominees for at-large representatives to the governing council.

The International Studies Association

Representing over 100 countries, ISA has more than 6,500 members worldwide and is the most respected and widely known scholarly association in this field. Endeavoring to create communities of scholars dedicated to international studies, ISA is divided into 6 geographic subdivisions of ISA (Regions), 29 thematic groups (Sections) and 4 Caucuses which provide opportunities to exchange ideas and research with local colleagues and within specific subject areas.
