Congratulations to Timothy Seidel, Winner of the Edward Said Award!

The Global Development Studies (GDS) Section in collaboration with Third World Quarterly are delighted to announce Timothy Seidel (American University) as the Winner of the inaugural Edward Said Award for his submission entitled "'Occupied Territory Is Occupied Territory': James Baldwin, Palestine and the Possibilities of Transnational Solidarity". Timothy was presented with the Award at the GDS Section Reception in Atlanta. His paper is published in Third World Quarterly as the first research article to appear in what will be an annual special slot in the journal for the Edward Said Award winning entry.
