Dear ISA-Northeast 2014 Attendees,

We are hoping you had a good 2014-2015 academic year as it draws to a close. We are writing to remind you that, if you presented a paper at the 2014 Annual Meeting of ISA-Northeast, you should nominate it for the Fred Hartmann (graduate student) and A. Leroy Bennett (faculty) paper awards. Also, if you were a chair or discussant at the conference and heard a particularly meritorious paper, please nominate it as well! Each paper award comes with a plaque and a monetary prize – not to mention the recognition of a job well done. The awards will be presented both at ISA-NE 2015 and at ISA 2016. Please see the Hartmann ( and Bennett ( award websites for more information. Direct nominations by May 20, 2015 to Laura Sjoberg, at A committee will then make awards and make a mid-summer announcement. Papers edited since ISA-Northeast are welcome.
