Those who have been accepted on the program for the 2015 Annual Convention in New Orleans are asked to register by Thursday, October 16th. Those participating as panel chairs, discussants, paper presenters and/or roundtable participants must register by the deadline to secure their place on the program. We are currently in the early registration period and our rates are listed on the registration page of the convention website.

Please note, discounted hotel reservations are available at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. Our room block is expected to fill quickly and participants are encouraged to book their room as soon as possible. We have very limited availability for arrivals Monday Feb 16, and for stays on the night of Saturday Feb 21. If you cannot get the dates and/or bed type you prefer, please select one of our additional hotel options available on the hotel page of the convention website.

We look forward to seeing you in New Orleans!

Dear Joel:
Thank you for your kind help, I have registered, opened an account, and successfully made reservation on my staying in New Orleans.
By the way, can I change my paper title into an updated one "The Future Vision of China-ROK-DPRK Relations"? My panel will be led by Professor Tae-Whan Kwak of the Eastern Kentucky University. Could you help me to change it? Should I add an abstract to you again? Your instructions will be highly apprecitated.

Dear Joel:

I have a student membership and I am going to do a presentation during the conference in New Orleans in february. I am doing my registration in this moment, and I would like to obtain the discount as a 'student member', but it doesn´t appear as an option in my account. How can I do? I really appreciate your help, specially because today is the last day and I want to continue in the program. Thank you,
Rosalvina Otálora
