This committee works to craft criteria for evaluating the Executive Director and implement evaluations of ED performance on an annual basis. Committee tasks include working with the Executive Director to develop annual goals and performance criteria. The committee may amend or add performance criteria, but will consider including financial, administrative staff, ISA journals and convention management, leadership of the association, membership services, extra association relationships, and crisis management. The committee may also recommend merit salary increases, subject to the approval of the Executive Committee and Governing Council.
The Executive Director Evaluation Committee is a standing committee of ISA. Committee members were appointed by the ISA President and approved by the ISA Governing Council
