Are you having trouble making a payment on our site? Here are some of the most common issues we see:
- Billing Addresses: For security reasons, our credit card processor verifies that the address you have entered as your billing address matches the address on your card. Make sure that you are entering the correct address when you make your payment. The address you enter in the check out area is only for the billing process - this is separate from any address on your profile or where we send journals.
- Card Security Code (CSC): Like many online merchants, ISA requires the card security code to verify that you have the card in your possession. The is a security requirement designed to prevent fraud. The CSC is a small three digit code located on the back of your card (for Visa and MasterCard) or a four digit code on the front of the card (American Express). Note that many cards also print the last four digits of your card number on the back - this is not your security code. You will find more information here about locating your security code.
- Getting the Right Number: When you enter your credit card number, only enter the number - don't enter any spaces, symbols or letters.
If you had trouble making a payment, our system will have already created an order from your cart. So, you will find that the items are no longer in your cart. To complete payment on an unpaid order, visit your "Order History" page.
