Registration for ISA West 2018

If you plan to attend the ISA-West Luncheon, you must register and pre-pay for the luncheon with your conference registration. We will not have additional seats available for the luncheon if you do not purchase them in advance.

You'll be prompted during the registration process for the luncheon option. If you've already completed your registration and would like to add the luncheon option, please let ISA HQ know.


Registration includes all registration materials. Please note that luncheon will be an additional add-on option ($5 for students / $10 for faculty) and on-site registrants are not guaranteed a meal option at the Saturday luncheon.

Conference Policies

All refunds issued from ISA are subject to a 15% bank processing fee.

Participants must register by August 13, 2018 to remain on the program.

The ISA West conference refund deadline is August 21, 2018.

A registration is not considered "complete" until it is paid in full.

ISA has official photographers/videographers at our conferences. See ISA's Meeting Photography Policy for the full policy.

If you have special requirements under the ADA, please contact us at at least 60 days prior to the start of the conference.

The ISA Code of Conduct applies to all individuals in the context of ISA activities.
