Most of our hotels have sold out but a few have agreed to open more rooms and offer the ISA group rate beyond the cutoff deadline of March 4th. Check below for available options. If your dates aren't available in the hotels that have chosen to remain open, we suggest using some of the various online hotel search services.
Taxi options available from terminals 1 & E at Pearson. Rates are approximately $60 each way.
Airport Express runs a shuttle between Pearson and downtown, with stops right at the Sheraton front door. Service runs every 40 minutes. Hours airport to downtown are 6:25 am to 00:05 (5 minutes past midnight); downtown to airport 5:25 am to 8:20 pm. The shuttle carries only 52 passengers per trip. Fares are $27.95 one way, or $42 round trip (CAD). Fares booked online receive a 5% discount (book online now). We strongly suggest advance reservations since the capacity per shuttle is low.
Upon arrival at Pearson Airport, you can catch the Airport Express bus at:
Terminal 1: Arrivals Level, Curbside Area “C”
Terminal 3: Arrivals Level, Curbside Area 25
Public transit (bus) service is available for approximately $3.00 each way for adults, $2.00 for students with ID. Take the bus to the underground subway, one transfer towards downtown, and a short walk from the station to the hotels. (See the transportation site for more information.)
Please note there is also a local airport right downtown (Billy Bishop - YTZ) but these options are ONLY for the international airport (Pearson - YYZ). Attendees using the Billy Bishop airport must take a ferry from the airport to the mainland, and then take a taxi for the short ride to downtown.
Parking is available at the convention hotels, but must be arranged directly with the hotel. There are also surface lots and garages in the area.
