Request Meeting Space

Does your group, team or organization want to meet at the ISA convention in Toronto? We are happy to make space available at our Convention to our groups and affiliates. Depending on the type of group you represent, charges apply for room rentals as well as for various services and amenities based on your needs. 

The process for reserving space starts with an application for space. After you submit your application, you will soon hear back from Jeanne White, our Director of Meetings and Conventions, who will help find an appropriate location and time for your event. Next, you can order food, drinks, and technology services as needed.

Key Dates and Deadlines

  • December 2nd: Deadline for meeting requests to appear in the printed program, and day meeting details must be finalized for program
  • January 17th, 2014: Deadline for catering requests
  • March 8th, 2014: Last day to request meeting space (will not be included in printed program)
