Be sure to make your reservations early at the official hotel of the conference, the Kent State Hotel and Conference Center. This is the only lodging available adjacent to campus and not requiring transportation to the conference site. Provide the code “PEACE” by phone or online to receive the special conference rate.

To take advantage of the conference rate, call the hotel and quote the unique group codes, PEACE for non-employees and KSUPEA for KSU employees. All reservations must be made no later than 9/24/2019. Please note that the hotel require a valid credit card to confirm reservations.

You can find out if you need a visa to visit the United States, as well as details on the expected time and process, using U.S Department State - Bureau of Consular Affairs website.

Check your Country

If you require a letter of invitation to support a visa application, please be sure to provide sufficient lead time for the processing of the letter. The organizers request that these participants register early and contact the Program organizers as early as possible. A letter of guarantee will be sent from the conference organizers for those who are on the program, upon providing a receipt of the paid conference registration fee.
