Registration

Registration includes all registration materials, Friday's Fishbowl Discussion "When Government Kills: State Violence and Youth Movements", Saturday's box lunch, Saturday's conference banquet, and the May 4th Voices event.

Need a Visa?

You can find out if you need a visa to visit the United States, as well as details on the expected time and process, using U.S Department State - Bureau of Consular Affairs website.

Check your Country

If you require a letter of invitation to support a visa application, please be sure to provide sufficient lead time for the processing of the letter. The organizers request that these participants register early and contact the Program organizers as early as possible. A letter of guarantee will be sent from the conference organizers for those who are on the program, upon providing a receipt of the paid conference registration fee.

Conference Policies

All refunds issued from ISA are subject to a 15% bank processing fee.

Participants must register by August 1, 2019 to remain on the program.

The PEACE-PHS Kent 2019 conference refund deadline is October 1, 2019.

A registration is not considered "complete" until it is paid in full.

ISA has official photographers/videographers at our conferences. See ISA's Meeting Photography Policy for the full policy.

If you have special requirements under the ADA, please contact us at ADAneeds@isanet.org at least 60 days prior to the start of the conference.
