We're excited to see you in New Orleans! Check here for information about events, activities, restaurants and more that you'll find in when you're at the conference! The conference takes place from Wednesday, February 18th - Saturday February 21st.
The New Orleans Convention and Visitors Bureau has built a special informational page for ISA attendees. This is a great resource for learning about activities and opportunities in the city. They have also partnered with local businesses to bring exciting deals for our attendees. We recommend that you pay close attention to their travel suggestions and parade routes as Mardi Gras may affect your travel. We look forward to welcoming you to the Big Easy.
The Program Chair, and our Section Program Chairs, have worked hard this summer putting together a great program. We also have many events, meetings and receptions that you're welcome to attend!
If you have registered online, we will have your badge printed and ready to pick up in the pre-registration area - on the First Level of the Hilton Riverside, next to the Chemin Royale Foyer. Our staff will also be there to help with any questions you have about your membership, registration, letters of participation, and more.
Entrance to the exhibit hall requires your badge. The hall is located in the Grand Ballroom on the first floor of the Hilton Riverside. You can see the floorplan here.
If you have been awarded a travel grant from ISA, you'll need to check in at the desk in the registration area. Note that this service will only be available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the hours listed above.
