ISA-Midwest - J. David Singer Book Award Winner Announcement

I am pleased to inform you that the ISA Midwest region has chosen Oliver Kaplan’s (University of Denver) book Resisting War: How Communities Protect Themselves to be the recipient of the J. David Singer Book Award. This award is given every other year to the author of an outstanding book published in the previous three years and carries a $200 cash prize as well as a framed ISA certificate.
