Hotel and Travel

All registered participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging and transportation arrangements. You are welcome to choose from any area hotels. A block of rooms has been reserved for October 18, 2019 - October 20, 2019. The block of rooms has been reserved on a first-come-first-served basis at the Halcyon and Moxy Denver Cherry Creek Hotels.

The group rate will be available until September 17, 2019, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

Shuttle Services

Shuttles will be available to transport attendees to and from the Halycon hotel and University of Denver on October 18-19. Shuttle will run continuously during these times:
Friday, 10:30 am -9:00 pm
Saturday, 7:00 am-9:00 pm 

**Due to campus fun run, shuttles will not be running from 3:30 pm-4:00 pm.

Need a Visa?

You can find out if you need a visa to visit the United States, as well as details on the expected time and process, using U.S Department State - Bureau of Consular Affairs website.

Check your Country

If you require a letter of invitation to support a visa application, please be sure to provide sufficient lead time for the processing of the letter. The organizers request that these participants register early. A letter of guarantee will be sent from the conference organizers upon providing a receipt of the paid conference registration fee and of a hotel accommodation in Denver.
