The ISA 2022 Convention refund deadline is January 15, 2022, and no registration refunds will be issued after this date. Please note: all refunds from ISA are subject to a 15% bank processing fee..

In the lead-up to the Convention, participants often need to withdraw from their placements for one reason or another. As vacancies appear, the ISA 2022 Program Chairs and Section Program Chairs will work to fill them before the Convention begins.

The ISA 2022 Program Chairs will be actively working to fill any program vacancies ahead of the Convention. If you have any concerns about your panel/roundtable, please contact the ISA 2022 Program Chairs at isa2022@isanet.org.

More information about in-person poster presentations will be sent to poster presenters soon - stay tuned!

ISA's virtual program will be hosted on the same virtual platform that hosted the ISA 2021 Virtual Convention. This platform will allow all ISA 2022 attendees to participate in virtual sessions, and provides many tools to help our virtual attendees to have a positive and productive convention experience. More information about our virtual platform will be available closer to the Convention.

The virtual portion of the 2022 Annual Convention will occur on Monday, March 28th and Tuesday, March 29th, on our virtual platform. Although events in our program are listed on Central time, participants will also see them converted to their local time in their Participation Hub portal.

While the Program Chairs tried to place virtual panels during times that would be convenient for all participants, it was sometimes difficult to find times that worked well for everyone, given the global nature of our membership. We expect to have some limited capacity to shift the timing of virtual panels. More details will be shared with participants in October.

You can find more information about the responsibilities of a panel/roundtable chair here. In a virtual setting, we would also suggest preparing a few questions to help facilitate a discussion, as sometimes a virtual environment needs a few moments of time before audience members have a chance to type in their questions.
