The ISA Annual Convention exhibit hall is an attendee favorite every year. This year is sure to be extra exciting as we welcome everyone back to join us in person at ISA2022.

The ISA2022 exhibit hall will be located in the Presidential Ballroom, centrally located next to the main lobby and registration, within the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, TN. Spanning over 29,000 square feet, the ISA2022 exhibit hall will feature publishers, organizations, and software developers providing products and services of professional interest to ISA members. Our Annual Convention welcomes 6,500+ registrants each year and hosts nearly 100 exhibitor booths.

 

 

Virtual Exhibit Booth | $850 **SOLD OUT**

The ISA2022 Virtual Exhibit Hall is an extension of the in-person Exhibit Hall which will be located in the Presidential Ballroom at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville. The ISA2022 Exhibit Hall will feature publishers, organizations, software developers and other groups providing products and services of professional interest to our members.

Virtual Exhibit Booths include:

  1. Ability to upload marketing materials & videos
  2. "Contact Us" option for attendees to connect
  3. 24-hour attendee access to exhibition hall and booth content starting 2 weeks before to Convention
  4. Exhibiting Organization’s name, contact information, logo, website, social media links, and "About Us"
  5. Listing on ISA’s website, the virtual Convention platform and the #ISA2022 mobile app
  6. Organization’s exhibit booth personnel including contact information, bio, and social media links
  7. Advertising discount - ISA2022 Exhibitors are eligible to receive a 10% discount on convention advertising.

Regular Rate - $1,700 per booth

Late Registration Rate - $1,800 per booth

After November 30, 2021

 

Booth Share - $900 per organization

Shared booth rate is per organization for each 10' x 10' booth shared. Early Bird and Late Rates do not apply.

 

Additional Booth Personnel Registration - $175

All Exhibit Booths include two (2) Exhibit Booth Personnel Registrations (not to be used by paper presenters) and one (1) complimentary full Annual Convention registration. Organizations can purchase additional Personnel Registrations if needed.

 

Each Exhibit Booth Rental includes:

 

  1. One (1) 10’ x 10’ booth with an 8’ high background drape and 3’ high side drapes
  2. One (1) 6' skirted table and one wastebasket
  3. One (1) 7” x 44” organization identification sign
  4. Two (2) plastic side chairs
  5. Two (2) Exhibitor personnel Convention registrations. Please note: If any exhibitor booth personnel are also paper presenters; they must purchase full Convention registrations.
  6. One (1) complimentary full Annual Convention registration
  7. Organization listing on the Annual Convention website
  8. 10% discount on ISA2022 advertising
  9. Security service during official exhibit hall hours
