Hotel Cancellation

The ISA 2020 Annual Convention in Honolulu has been cancelled.

All ISA hotels have confirmed that they will honor cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the attendee's check-in date. 

Please edit/cancel your hotel reservation as soon as possible. You will need to contact your hotel directly as ISA does not manage group reservations nor have access to the hotel reservations systems.

We have included the hotel contact information below. You may be able to process edits/cancellations via the hotel's website and/or honors programs. Please refer to your individual hotel for specifics.
