Please note: Reservations for meeting space and catering are placed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village or Prince Waikiki Hotel based on availability as of the date of application.
The Hilton Hawaiian Village and Prince Waikiki Hotel offer many amenities to guests and attendees. ISA has negotiated discounted rates at these hotels on your behalf. Please see below for options available at each hotel.

Internet, Audio-Visual and Technology Options
Panel rooms are equipped with the following:
- LCD Projector and Screen
- Laptop Computer (Windows-based)
- Adobe PDF Reader and Microsoft PowerPoint (Office 2010) software
Software capabilities are limited to Powerpoint reader and Adobe reader ONLY. The reader software can accommodate presentations created in Microsoft or Mac formats. Presenters will not be able to use their own laptop computers since the audio visual setups in the meeting rooms MUST NOT be changed in any way. Presenters must bring their Powerpoint or Adobe presentations on a flash drive and insert the flash drive into the ISA netbook computer at the start of the presentation.
ISA partners with PSAV and our hotels to bring technology options to our meeting spaces. ISA provides free basic wifi in the meeting room spaces for checking email. The bandwidth provided is not enough to support browsing or streaming. If you require a higher grade of bandwidth for use in the meeting rooms, either for a panel or for your own use, you must order it with the hotel's provider and pay for the upgraded service on your own. Order forms and contact information will be available here in January, 2020.
If you are an affiliate, please use the meeting space application form to indicate what kind of technology options you'd like to purchase for your event. Should you wish to add to/alter an existing reservation, please contact Jeanne White. standard Internet is in the hotel meeting rooms.
Event Promotion and Signage
If we have received your application and event details by December 1, 2019, then you have the option of having your event included in our printed program. Posting of flyers or announcements in public areas of the hotel is strictly prohibited due to our contracts with the hotels.
Promotional event signage is available for a nominal fee. Signage request is as part of the application process. Please contact Kristin Nacovsky if there are any changes needed. Additional charges for signage will apply for events booked/changed after December 1, 2019.
