Upload Your Paper(s)
ISA policy requires a digital version of presented papers to be uploaded no later than five business days before the conference, but, we ask that you try to have a PDF uploaded no later March 18th (February 27th for JSS papers) to give your discussant time to read your work. You'll find the upload form on your schedule page.
Browse the Program
ISA has an online program (requires login) that lets you search by person, title, sponsor, and even keywords! You can use this to build a personalized schedule that you can download as a PDF to have handy when you're at the convention
The ISA Annual Convention offers participants the opportunity to take part in skills-building, networking and collaborative programs. Consider registering for a Career Course to make the most out of your Annual Convention experience!
Book Your Hotel
Our hotels fill up quickly. As soon as you register, you can check your schedule and see what rooms/hotels your panels are in, and use that information to reserve a room close to your sessions. You can see the latest updates on our travel page.

ISAnet Convention App
The ISAnet Convention App is available for those who prefer electronic options, wish to help reduce ISA's environmental impact, or simply do not wish to carry around the heavy ISA printed program.
ISA is pleased to continue our partnership with Kiddie Corp at the 2020 Annual Convention in Honolulu, Hawaii. Program services are available only to ISA members on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-members who wish to participate in the child care program must first join ISA before submitting a registration request to Kiddie Corp. Walk-ins are accepted on a space-available basis if enrollment is not met. More details, along with the application, are available at our Childcare page
ISA has onsite arrangements for individuals with lactation needs. Please see the printed program or the onsite Registration desk for details.
ISA asks all attendees to minimize their use of fragrances and scented products while attending the Convention to be considerate of those with environmental sensitivities or allergies.
All Gender Restroom
All Gender Restrooms are designated in each of the Convention hotels and are accessible by all Convention attendees.
If you have a preferred pronoun that you’d like displayed on your Convention name badge, please update your registration profile. If desired, you can also include a preferred pronoun in your ISAnet.org profile. Only pronouns listed in the registration fields will be printed on name badges.

Submissions and Review
Registration and Withdraws
All refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee. Please note that registrations are only refundable up to our December 1st, 2019 deadline. After that, ISA will have committed your money and is unable to issue a refund. Please note, ISA Career Courses are non-refundable.
