June 14th - 16th, 2021
We are delighted to inform you that the preliminary program for the 2021 ISA Joint Human Rights Conference "Human Rights and Foreign Policy", to be held on June 14-16, 2021, has been announced. If you have been placed on the program, please be sure to register by April 19th, to retain your place on the final program. We look forward to seeing you in June!
The ISA Human Rights section is pleased to announce that submissions for the next joint human rights conference on the topic Human Rights and Foreign Policy, to be held online 14-16 June, are now open. The conference is held in association with the Human Rights Consortium, University of London; the Human Rights Section, American Political Science Association; and the Standing Group on Human Rights and Transitional Justice, European Consortium for Political Research. The conference will explore a wide variety of issues related to the role of human rights in foreign policy, and we invite paper and panel proposals which are theoretically and methodologically diverse. We anticipate multiple publications from the conference, including a special issue of the International Journal of Human Rights and an edited volume to be used for teaching. The deadline for paper/panel submissions is 19 February.
