Here are the most important things to make sure you have done:
We have a great online program (requires login) that lets you search by person, title, sponsor, and even keywords! You can use this to build a personalized schedule that you can download as a PDF to have handy when you're at the convention
You can look up the email address of participants on your panels when viewing a panel's details in our online program (show me how!). If you will be helping run a panel, you can learn about being a chair or discussant at ISA.
When connecting with your fellow panelists, make sure to send your paper in advance to give your discussant (and fellow panelists) time to read your work. We also have an online archive where you can upload your paper to share with fellow conference participants. You'll find the upload form on your schedule page.
We have put together a travel page with information about the city, getting around, tourist options, and more! Also, check out At the Conference page for information on site at the conference, as well as additional details about Ljubljana and Slovenia.
We're delighted to announce that our partners at the University of Ljubljana and the City of Ljubljana have helped arrange several sight-seeing options for conference participants. Tourism options include: a half-day trip to Bled, a half-day trip to Postojna Caves and an all-day tour of the Slovenian Coast. Reserve your excursion in advance here!

All refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee. Please note that registrations are only refundable up to our May 1st, 2016 deadline. After that, CEEISA-ISA will have committed your money and is unable to issue a refund.
The University of Ljubljana has kindly made available their classrooms and seminar rooms available for this conference. Each room is fully equipped with technology and we will have small laptop computers running Windows, along with projectors and WiFi, in each of the panel rooms. Office and Adobe Reader are installed. While internet is available on the classroom computers, you should still bring your presentation on a USB drive.
