Getting Started

Thank you for your interest in reserving space at our Annual Convention! We're excited to have you be a part of our meeting!

Before you begin, please review our meeting space policies. These policies cover key dates and deadlines, catering options, AV and technology options and more. In particular, please note the following:

  • You need to complete this application by December 1st, 2015 to apply for a meeting at the ISA 2016 Annual Convention.
  • Space is allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis, with final decisions resting with ISA headquarters.
  • You must have food and beverage, as well as technology, orders to us by December 1st, 2015.
  • Fees may apply for your use of the space, and fees will apply for any optional additions (like catering and technology), that you would like to have.
  • Signs for your event may be purchased through ISA. Additional posting of signs or flyers in the hotel or on our web site and online tools is strictly prohibited.

What type of Event?

We ask different questions depending on the type of event you'd like to hold. Do you want to schedule a meeting, reception or affiliate workshop? PLEASE NOTE: This form is for affiliate workshops ONLY. If you are looking to schedule and ISA Research Grant Workshop, please contact Lembe Tiky.

Endeavoring to create communities of scholars dedicated to international studies, ISA is divided into 6 geographic subdivisions of ISA (Regions), 29 thematic groups (Sections) and 4 Caucuses which provide opportunities to exchange ideas and research with local colleagues and within specific subject areas.
