- LCD Projector and Screen Rental: Approximately C$350 per day (setup tech support only; if support is needed after setup, minimum labor fee of $100 applies) Client provides their own laptop pre-loaded with powerpoint application.
- LCD Support Package Rental (client brings their own LCD projector and laptop): Approximately C$100 per day
- Internet: Estimated at C$200 per day, per line (for SKYPE support, client brings own laptop pre-loaded with SKYPE application). Actual prices to be finalized in September.
- AV Equipment: Quotes for additional AV equipment available on request – contact Jeanne White.
- Hotels: ISA has negotiated group rates at four hotels. The ISA rate is $169 single, $199 double. For budgeting purposes, please use the tax-inclusive prices of $198 single, $234 double.
