Exhibition Hall Hours

The Exhibition Hall is located in the Grand Ballroom, “GB” Level,  Hilton San Francisco. The Exhibition Hal will be open during the following times:

Wednesday, March 26, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Thursday, March 27, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Friday, March 28 , 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday, March 29, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

An ISA name badge is required to gain entry.

On-Site Registration

On-site registration for the Annual Convention will begin on Tuesday, March 25th and end on Saturday, March 29, 2008. The ISA registration desk is located in the East Lounge, “B” Ballroom Level, of the San Francisco Hilton during the following times:

Tuesday, March 25, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Wednesday, March 26, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Thursday, March 27, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Friday, March 28, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday, March 29, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

The Reg Desk will be organized alphabetically so that those who have pre-registered merely find their place by their last name, present their ID or Order Confirmation, and pick up their name badge and Convention program.  Having  your ID or Order Confirmation ready will speed the process.

Those who wish to register on-site will easily find the booth with the On-Site Registration sign.  We will accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, checks and cash payments. After your registration payment is received you will receive a name badge and a Convention program.

All convention attendees must wear their ISA name badge to gain entry into panels, workshops, receptions and the exhibition hall.

Convention Paper Archive

The paper archive for the 2008 Annual Convention is now open. Participants may log in to upload their papers and edit their abstracts.

Note that the All Academic hosting company is not ISA, so don't use your ISA login with them. They will accept your e-mail address (the one you used to submit your paper proposal) as the user name and isa2008 as the password. They have helpfully posted this on their website in case you forget. Also note that ONLY paper presenters uploading papers need to login, you do not need to login to browse the archive, read papers or download papers.

Please review your archive entry as soon as possible so that we may address any problems before the convention.
