Travel Grant Checks will be available for pick-up at the ISA Convention Registration Desk during the following times:
- Wednesday, from 1:00 – 5:00 PM
- Thursday & Friday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Please have copies of your travel and/or hotel receipts with you BEFORE you step up to the Travel Grant counter to receive your check. You will need to leave a copy of your expense receipts with the ISA Travel Grant Staff. Your expense receipts need to total at least the amount of your travel grant award.
Travel Grant checks may be cashed at the Hilton San Francisco Front Desk (located in the hotel main lobby) during the following times from Wednesday – Saturday:
- 8:00 am – 11:30 AM
- 1:00 – 4:00 PM
Proper Identification is required in order to cash your Travel Grant check at the Hilton Front Desk. If you have further question or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Vanessa Malkin, the ISA Travel Grant Coordinator.
