PANELISTS AND
PRESENTERS:
Overhead projectors and screens are provided in all panel rooms. Panelists and presenters who wish to rent LCD projectors or other AV equipment must do so at their own expense. The cost to rent an LCD projector ranges from $200 to $300 per day.
PLEASE NOTE: Panels will be held in two hotels; the San Francisco Hilton and the Parc Fifty Five. Each hotel has its own audio visual contractor. The online preliminary program does not list meeting room or hotel names for panels. Panelists who wish to order AV equipment for their presentations can contact ISA and we will direct you to the appropriate contact for prices and ordering. Please send an email to Ishara Smith at ishara@u.arizona.edu and include your name and the date/time of panel (from your acceptance letter or preliminary program.) Please allow 2-3 business days for a reply.

Presentation Services Audio Visual (PS-AV) is the official contractor for the San Francisco Hilton. PS-AV is offering a 45% discount on all hardware products to convention attendees. Please request the ISA discount when ordering. A downloadable order form with contact information is available here (Excel).
Swank Audio Visual is the official contractor for the Parc
