Rio Exhibitor Information

Welcome Exhibitors!

ABRI-ISA invites publishers to exhibit at the book fair.

General Information:

2) Location: the book fair will be held on the ground floor of the Cardeal Leme building at PUC –campus pictures:  http://www.puc-rio.br/sobrepuc/campus/galeria/ins_predios-ss.html ;

3) Opening hours: the stands will be open from 0900h to 1800h;

4) Registration period: exhibitors interested in taking part in the event should send in their registration forms before June 5, 2009;

5) The amount due for the stand chosen should be made to ABRI by June 6, 2009. We offer an online payment system (see payment links below) and we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

6) Exhibitors that fail to meet the above deadlines for stands at the book fair will be removed from the list of those attending;

7) Exhibitors are responsible for organizing and setting up their stands;

8) The event organizers cannot assume any responsibility for merchandize left on campus during the event. As such, exhibitors are advised to take their merchandize away with them at the end of each day.

Stand Options:

  • Basic Stand (0.80m x 1.20m) + Bamboo Trellis Exhibition Panel (2.20m x 2.00m) plus one table and canopy - US$200.00/R$420.00 (see picture 1 in Annex 1 below)
  • Double Stand (0.80m x 3.30m) + Bamboo Trellis Exhibition Panel (2.20m x 4.00m) plus two tables with canopies - US$400.00/ R$840.00 (see picture 2 in Annex 2 below)

Online Payment:
This online payment form can be used to pay for your exhibitor registration. ISA encourages online payment through our secure registration service provided by PayPal/VeriSign  payment services. Once you select your fee amount below, you will be taken to a secure page hosted by PayPal to enter your credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Once you place your order you will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail, please keep that for your records (even if you pay online, we still need the contract form signed and returned to ABRI):
