Terms and Conditions

* Room nights may be applied to a maximum of two (2) hotel reservations. Sponsor benefit covers room and tax only. Complimentary room nights must be used during the official convention dates (arriving February 14, 2010 or later, departing by February 20, 2010) and is based on availability. It applies to single or double run-of-house guestrooms only. Complimentary nights have no cash value and cannot be transferred or used on dates other than the official convention dates. Hotel reservation names must be provided to ISA no later than January 15, 2010 at 3:00 pm (MST). After January 15, 2010 sponsor benefits are no longer available. Other restrictions may apply.

** Convention attendee mailing list contains pre-registered attendees only and is current within 10 business days of the date list is requested. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

*** Company logo must be received no later than November 20th, 2009 at 3:00 PM (MST), in order to be included in the Final Convention Program.

Only .jpg or .eps formats will be accepted. See the ISA Program advertisement website for technical specifications.
