The ISA Book Exhibition is the most frequented event at the Annual Convention and offers your business a congenial atmosphere in which to promote your products and exhibit publications and/or works-in-progress. The Exhibit Hall is the ideal meeting place to share information with decision-makers and specialists in the field of international relations.

Exhibitor and Advertising Application
The Exhibit Hall is sold out. Please contact Suela Mustafa at suelamustafa@isanet.org to be placed on the waiting list for any cancellations.
Hotel Room Reservations: Make your hotel reservations today, the group room blocks sell out fast. ISA has contracted with four hotels for the ISA 2011 convention. All four hotels are conveniently located in downtown Montréal. Please visit the Convention Hotels website for more information.
Booth Personnel Registration: ISA offers to the Exhibitors three complimentary booth personnel registrations. Companies with more than three booth representatives will be assessed a fee of $120.00 (USD) for each additional booth representative. Please email your booth representatives to suelamustafa@isanet.org by Friday, January 15th. Exhibit Hall Floor Plan: Sponsors at designated levels receive preferred placement in the Exhibit Hall. Please see sponsor benefits for more details. Beat the rush and become a sponsor today! The rest of the booths are assigned on first come, first served basis based on availability at the time of contract. The exibit hall floor plan and index can be found here. Mailing Lists: You can purchase the entire list of ISA members or a subset of members whose background and focus is consistent with your organizations’ latest publications. Purchasing an ISA mailing list offers yet another opportunity to connect to our worldwide membership of professionals, scholars and students in the field of international relations. All mailing lists are updated as of the date of request. We have been advised that the Quebec Provincial sales tax, currently at 7.5% will be amended to 8.5% effective January 1, 2011.
