NAFSA: Association of International Educators
The Association of International Educators (NAFSA) promotes the exchange of students and scholars to and from the United States. Our members share a belief that international educational exchange advances learning and scholarship, builds respect among different peoples and encourages constructive leadership in a global community.

National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR)
The National Bureau of Asian Research is a nonprofit, nonpartisan research institution dedicated to informing and strengthening policy in the Asia-Pacific. NBR conducts advances research on security and globalization issues, with an emphasis on those of interest to the United States. Drawing upon an extensive network of the world's leading specialists and leveraging the latest technology, NBR bridges the academic, business, and policy arenas. The institution disseminates its research through briefings, publications, conferences, Congressional testimony, and e-mail forums, and by collaborating with leading institutions worldwide. NBR also provides exceptional internship opportunities, to graduate and undergraduate students for the purposes of attracting and training the next generation of Asia specialists.

The North-South Institute
An independent research institute in Canada focused on international development. The Institute conducts research on Canada's relations with developing countries and on a wide range of foreign policy issues. Established in 1976, NSI is a non-profit and non-partisan organization.
