Online Registration Closing

This is a reminder that online registration for the New Orleans convention is closing today at 5 PM MST. We will offer On-Site Registration in New Orleans from Feb. 16 - 20, 2010.

Onsite Registration

Convention registration will take place at the Hilton Riverside, First Level (street level), at the entrance to the Grand Ballroom.  Participants who are not registered may register and pre-registered participants may pick up their name badges and programs during the following registration hours:

• Tuesday, February 16        11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, February 17   8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday, February 18        8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday, February 19              8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday, February 20         8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

On-Site Registration Rates: Feb. 16 - 20, 2010

• ISA Member: $170
• Non-Member: $220
• Student Member: $110
• Student Non-Member: $135

As always, we encourage participants to take advantage of ISA's generous pre-registration period (started in April '09) and late-registration periods to register online in advance of the convention. This allows you to get a cheaper rate and saves you the time and frustration of standing in a long line to pay on-site.

Travel Grant Disbursements 2010

ISA members awarded travel grants for the 2010 Convention should bring photocopies of travel receipts (that ISA can keep) to the ISA Travel Grant Desk in the ISA Registration Area (Lower Level - Hilton) during the following times:

• Wednesday, Feb. 17: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• Thursday, Feb. 18: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Friday, Feb. 19: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Saturday, Feb. 20: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Checks may be cashed at the Hilton Front Desk (Registration) during the following times:

• Wednesday, Feb. 17: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
• Thursday, Feb. 18: 8:00 am to 10:00 am, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
• Friday, Feb. 19: 8:00 am to 10:00 am, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
• Saturday, Feb. 20: 8:00 am to 10:00 am, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Proper photo ID is required.
