Loews Hotel Now Full

Travel Grant Disbursements 2010

ISA members awarded travel grants for the 2010 Convention should bring photocopies of travel receipts (that ISA can keep) to the ISA Travel Grant Desk in the ISA Registration Area (Lower Level - Hilton) during the following times:

• Wednesday, Feb. 17: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• Thursday, Feb. 18: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Friday, Feb. 19: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Saturday, Feb. 20: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Checks may be cashed at the Hilton Front Desk (Registration) during the following times:

• Wednesday, Feb. 17: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
• Thursday, Feb. 18: 8:00 am to 10:00 am, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
• Friday, Feb. 19: 8:00 am to 10:00 am, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
• Saturday, Feb. 20: 8:00 am to 10:00 am, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Proper photo ID is required.

Westin Reduces Convention Room Rates

The Westin New Orleans Canal Place, one of the overflow hotels for our New Orleans Convention, has just announced a room rate change. They have reduced their room rate to $159 Single or Double & $185 Triple/Quad. For more information on all of our overflow hotels, please see our Convention Hotels website.
