ISA has secured a block of rooms for the attendees of our 2010 Annual Convention. The ISA convention rate applies to reservations beginning Tuesday, February 16. Reservations for guest rooms earlier than Tuesday February 16 may not receive the ISA group rate from the hotels. Tuesday is the final night of Mardi Gras and room reservations earlier than Tuesday may be charged at a much higher premium rate. Only members of the ISA Governing Council, Workshop participants, and Working Group participants (who must arrive on Monday for ISA business on Tuesday) will be contacted by Jeanne White, ISA’s Director of Conventions, for instructions on reserving group rate rooms for reservations that begin Monday, February 15.
Group rates at the Hilton Riverside will become available on the ISA hotel website and hotel call-in on September 21st. Group rates at the Loews New Orleans and other ISA overflow hotels will become available only after the Hilton Riverside group room block is filled.
