Eating At The Marriott Marquis

The Marquis is pleased to make several "Grab 'n Go" food and beverage options available for convention attendees. We are making more of these options available this year because there is no scheduled lunch break between panels. Details on breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available in this PDF file:

Brooklyn Marriott Extends Group Rate Deadline

The Brooklyn Marriott (our overflow #1) is extending its cutoff date for our group rate reservations to Feb 10th. Our group room rate is: $199 single/double. To make your reservations please call the hotel at 888-436-3759 (718-246-7000 local or international) or use their online reservation system (in the Group Code field, enter TERTERA). New Yorker Hotel Extends Group Rate Deadline

The New Yorker Hotel (our overflow #5) is extending its cutoff date for our group rate reservations to Feb 6. Our group room rate is: $165 single/double. This means that the New Yorker is the only convention hotel now accepting room reservations at the ISA group rate. Group rates at our other hotels are no longer available. Roosevelt Hotel Extends Group Rate Deadline

We have just been informed that the Roosevelt Hotel (overflow #4) is extending the group rate reservation period until Jan 23, based on availability. Our group room rate there is: $239 single/double. Marriott Marquis Sold Out

ISA's contracted group-rate room block with the New York Marriott Marquis hotel is sold out.  Because our host hotel always sells out early in the reservations process, ISA contracts with several overflow hotels at group rates for our convention attendees. We have excellent group rates at all of our overflow hotels, and all overflow hotels are within an easy subway ride to the Marquis, or within walking distance. ISA monitors our hotel room blocks daily. We will post any changes in availability to our host or overflow hotels on the hotel website.

Hotel Status

We have posted all of the overflow hotels to the hotel website, we now have six hotels that will offer discounted room rates for our convention attendees. Room reservations are made with the hotels, not with ISA.

Marriott Marquis Almost Full
ISA's contracted group-rate room block with the New York Marriott Marquis hotel is sold out on the night of Tuesday, February 17, and almost sold out on the remaining nights of the convention. There is limited availability at the ISA group rate on the nights of February 14, 15, 16.  You may still obtain rooms at the Marriott on all nights of the convention, but nights that are sold out at the ISA group rate will be available only at the non-group rate, and based on availability.  The hotel did give ISA more rooms on the nights of the 15, 16 and 18, but could not expand our group rate on the night of the 17th.  Because our host hotel always sells out early in the reservations process, ISA contracts with several overflow hotels at group rates for our convention attendees.
