Onsite Registration Rates & Hours

Online registration for the ISA Annual Convention in New York has closed, we invite you to register onsite in New York:

On-Site Registration Hours
The ISA registration desk is located in the Westside Ballroom Foyer, 5th Floor, of the NY Marriott Marquis Hotel during the following times:

Saturday, Feb. 14 ....................11:00 am to 6:00 pm

Sunday, Feb. 15 ........................7:30 am to 6:00 pm

Monday, Feb. 16........................ 7:30 am to 6:00 pm

Tuesday, Feb. 17....................... 7:30 am to 6:00 pm

Wednesday, Feb. 18...................7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Uploading to the Paper Archive

 

When you have time, please take a moment to upload your paper(s) to the convention paper archive, hosted by All Academic. We have posted abstracts for papers to be presented on paper panels and poster panels. Participants on roundtable discussions do not need to upload papers.

To log-in to All Academic <http://convention2.allacademic.com/one/isa/isa09/>, please use:

UserName:  your e-mail address (that you used on the paper submission form)

Password:    ISA2009

Note that the this is your All Academic user info, this is not your MyISA user info.

You do not need to log-in to search and browse the archive, only to upload your paper.

Once logged in, click:

• Submit / Edit Submission
• Then, click on the right side: Edit
• Then, click: Upload Upload Paper
• Then, click: Browse (to locate your paper on your hard drive)
• Then, click: Upload and Continue
  

All Academic will then provide a confirmation screen. You may also edit the paper title and abstract as needed. The archive is open now and will remain open indefinitely. If you have questions about the archive, please use the comment link below.

Paper Archive

We are again partnering with the All Academic company to host the paper archive for the 2009 Annual Convention in New York. According to our list of dates and deadlines they will open the archive on Jan. 12th. We plan to send an e-mail to all participants announcing the archive and including instructions on how to upload papers.

ISA Login FAQ

As you know, we have a new system that no longer uses the e-mail address and member ID as a login. We now ask members to choose their own user name and password. Here is a list of frequently asked questions that may help you with the new login process.

1. The system will not recognize my login, what do I do?

When you try to login and your user name or password are not correct you will receive the following error message:

Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again.

Like many people you may have several passwords that you use for various online services and if, after trying your regular passwords, your login still fails, please use the Forgot Username/Password link that appears directly below the login box on the MyISA website.

Clicking this link will generate a a text box into which you may place your e-mail address. Then select either User Name (if you forgot your user name, use this link) or Reset Password. Next, click Send. This will generate an e-mail sent to your e-mail address, the e-mail will contain either your user name or a link to create an entirely new password (depending on which option you selected).

The password should be at least six characters long and the form will take any standard character including comma, dot, question marks, etc.

If you are trying to reset your password and you do not receive the reset password e-mail there could be a few things causing this.

• the e-mail address you provided may not be your primary e-mail in the MyISA system.
   
• the reset e-mail may be diverted to your spam folder.
   

In either case, please e-mail ISA (isa@u.arizona.edu) with the subject line Reset Password Failed and a new temporary password will be mailed to you.

2. I tried to login and the system is asking me for my member ID and I don't know what that is.

If you already have an account on the system and you attempt to create a new account, this process will cause error messages. 

You do not need a member ID to login to MyISA. The login only requires your user name and password.

3. I can't login and all I want to do is register for the convention, can you help?

We have posted multiple methods of registration on our website:

We would be happy to accept your registration payment by phone, fax, e-mail or postal mail. We will still need to get your MyISA account access restored and will work with you to complete the process.

Child Care Services

ISA is pleased to offer child care at the 2009 Annual Convention. Kiddie Corp, a nationally recognized provider of onsite child care programs, is our official contractor.  Program services are available only to ISA members, on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-members who wish to participate in the child care program must first join ISA before submitting a registration request to Kiddie Corp.

Cost: Faculty ISA members will pay $50 per child/per day; student ISA members will pay $25 per child/per day.

Hours and Location: Child care will be offered Sunday, February 15 through Wednesday, February 18, from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM daily. Kiddie Corp Registration will be located at the entrance to the 16th Floor Skylobby, NY Marriott Marquis Hotel.

Eligibility: Child care services are offered to ISA members with pre-registered children.  Children from 6 months to 12 years of age can participate in the program.  Walk-ins are accepted on a space-available basis. Please check availability at the Kiddie Corp Registration Desk, during regular program hours. Entire program fee applies - no discounts for partial or single-day enrollment.
