ISA's contracted group-rate room block with the New York Marriott Marquis hotel is sold out on the night of Tuesday, February 17, and almost sold out on the remaining nights of the convention. There is limited availability at the ISA group rate on the nights of February 14, 15, 16. You may still obtain rooms at the Marriott on all nights of the convention, but nights that are sold out at the ISA group rate will be available only at the non-group rate, and based on availability. The hotel did give ISA more rooms on the nights of the 15, 16 and 18, but could not expand our group rate on the night of the 17th. Because our host hotel always sells out early in the reservations process, ISA contracts with several overflow hotels at group rates for our convention attendees. We have excellent group rates at all of our overflow hotels, and all overflow hotels are within an easy subway ride to the Marquis, or within walking distance. ISA monitors our hotel room blocks daily. We will post any changes in availability to our host or overflow hotels on this website.
We have posted the first overflow hotel (the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge) on the hotel website, they are accepting reservations now at the convention group rate.
