Miguel Escalante, Director of Technical Services

As Director of Technical Services, Mike manages the membership and convention database system (including MyISA); coordinates communications and assists Convention Program Chairs with technical aspects of the Convention program; creates convention reports; program corrections, and converts database information into the printed Convention Program. He generates Convention Program reports and statistics as well as membership reports and statistics. He provides technical support and internet cafe support at the Annual Convention and coordinates tech support and maintenance of all ISA computer operations.
