Jeanne White, Director of Conventions & Meetings
- responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all non-panel functions associated with the Annual Convention and bi-annual International Conferences
- performs the marketing and sales functions for the Convention Program
- oversees Exhibition and Advertising sales
- manages hotel and vendor contracts
- coordinates all workshops, business meetings, and receptions that take place during the Annual Convention
- handles all food and beverage orders for ISA and affiliate events

- manages the membership and convention database system
- assists Convention Program Chairs with technical aspects of the Convention program

- manages web development team responsible for creating and maintaining ISA's web presence

Vanessa Malkin, Membership Services & Travel Grant Coordinator
- responsible for replying to member inquiries regarding journal subscriptions, membership status, and membership renewals
- processes membership and registration payments and helps maintain our member database
